Terms and Conditions 

1.       Itinerary & prices are subject to changes without prior notice and accuracy at the time of printing.

2.       SA Al-Habsyi Travel Pte Ltd reserves the right to cancel any Umrah group if it does not meet the requirement of 15 people (for Economy groups).

3.       Payment: Payment can be made by Bank Transfer, PayNow and Cash. An additional 3% will be imposed for payment via Credit Cards. Official receipts will be issued for every payment. (PLEASE NOTE PHYSICAL CARD PAYMENT, NETS/Credit Card, IS UNAVAILABLE AT THE MOMENT)

4.       Deposit: A deposit of 50% must be made upon registration. Balance payment will be made 45 days before date of departure.

5.       Cancellation: Administration fee of 10% of package price shall be charged for all cancellation. Penalty fee of 60% from package price shall be imposed for all cancellation less than one month from the date of departure. No refunds shall be made for all cancellation less than two weeks from date of departure.

6.       No refunds for unutilised services such as city tour, transportation, meals etc. All refunds (if any) will be made within 4-6 weeks.

7.       SA Al-Habsyi Travel Pte Ltd shall not be responsible for any accidents/incidents including losses/lateness for departure/natural disasters including floods, fire, riots, war, storms, typhoons, earthquakes or any other tragedies encountered during/throughout the journey to and fro which involves bodily harm/damage of properties.

8.   Pilgrims are not allowed to take any legal actions under any circumstances for any claims, damages, losses, injuries or whatsoever towards SA Al-Habsyi Travel Pte Ltd including;
- From any matters that may arise or
- From the cause of the said accidents/incidents in any respect whatsoever.

9.   SA Al-Habsyi Travel Pte Ltd reserves the right to change, amend, insert or delete any of the Terms and Conditions without giving prior notice to pilgrims.
